US lawmakers including the US President and the US Congress and the US Senate has absolutely no legal authority to ask any government to deflag or flag any ships in any part of the world. Only legal authority to enforce any such activities defined in the UN Security Council Resolutions has such authority under very well defined and specified legal language. US and its allies are only acting like thugs and gangsters behind their self-fabricated and self-serving illegal sanctions by illegally and immorally twisting the arms of smaller countries to obey American thuggery instead of abiding by the international rules of law as specified by the United Nations Security Council.
