Your goal is a good idea! However, it’s a bad idea to do it be “re-purposing” the IPCC.

The IPCC ran off the rails years ago, thanks mostly to the hype of Al Gore. It’s reputation is broken beyond repair. The IPCC failed miserably because it was not driven by sound science as advertised. Instead it manipulated, distorted, and perverted science. It tried to force science into a predetermined mold of political policy goals. It will be in the news for the next decade, as an army of lawyers investigative reporters take it apart in minute detail.

Find or help create another organization to accomplish your goal, one with credibility. The IPCC rep sucks.

If you have any doubts about what I’m saying, you need to read Donna Laframboise’s brilliant book, “The Delinquent Teenager Who Was Mistaken for the World’s Top Climate Expert”. It is not about global warming. It is about technocratic tyranny gone amuck.

Mr. Wynn – will you and the rest of the environmental global warming folks get off the train and stop this continued idiotic rhetoric on global warming. Quite simply, go on the NASA site, and closely review the 12 years of scientific data originating from their two satellites AQUA and TERRA. Neither has shown any degree of global warming from carbon dioxide into so called green house gas effect. In fact Mr. Wynn they have proven that the atmosphere in and of itself eats up the carbon dioxide. That isn’t to say that we should not carefully monitor releases of any toxic matter. As recently as a week ago the Germans in a university in Mainz after lengthy review concluded that the temperature variances over a 1,400 year period were found to no major effect what so ever to conclude that the current “warming trends” were anything other than normal.

    Be well all
    Pete
