The issue is hardly about doping alone. It’s also about the fact that he expected others to dope or lose their jobs. He expected some to dispose of illegal substances for him, then vilified, harassed and intimidated them.
He also threatened women, in one case during a period when he knew the woman’s husband was in another country. Read the report; it’s all in there.
I used to be a HUGE Lance supporter. Now, I believe he belongs in prison. As a society, we need to draw the line at intimidating witnesses and threatening people (men threatening women in particular).
Lance is a creep and deserves zero respect, no matter how much he claims he’s done for cancer survivors. Livestrong just seems like a big cover to me. Expecting others to take cancer-causing drugs like EPO and steroids in order to keep their jobs just doesn’t seem like something someone who’s had cancer would do. If they had a conscience.
There are many ways to test negative in a drug test. And Lance, being Lance, would have access to all of them and then some. He’s guilty and he should have to pay back all the money, lose all his titles, and live in disgrace for the rest of his life.
Sue him until he’s broke.

But, he tested negative when they tested him each time…There are three sides to every story, the plantiff, the defendant, and the truth.
