    I wonder if the russian plane crash had anything to do with the plane crash over the Ukraine earlier this year! A retaliatory strike for what was believed to be a russian missile that shot down that plane.

    Really? In the 14 years since September 11, 2001, you are only just learning that people who work at airports could be a threat?

    The reality is that our “defense” against terrorist activities involving commercial aviation has focused primarily on passengers. Cargo and airport ground crews have always been a weak link in the security system.

    It is a good thing we have been lucky, because our politicians clearly cannot envision things that are simple and easy to see.

      I would bet that the wonderful TSA would never catch a determined Terrorist and yes, it probably was a baggage handler with ISIS ties. I wonder if Putin is going to start bombing them instead of the Syrian resistance.

        The security at Logan Airport that let almost 20 terrorists through on 9/11 was a private outfit, not TSA.
