    The article makes this statement:

    “The Netherlands, which is largely below sea level, runs an inordinate risk of being affected by such events.”

    In reality, somewhere around 25-30% of the Netherlands is below sea level, with another 20-25% less than one metre above sea level. To me at least, “largely” implies a majority, not 25-30%. While the central premise of the article (Netherlands has substantial climate risk) is valid, sloppy or inaccurate writing detracts from this premise.
