Sacre bleu! C’est bon!
I hope nothing has been redacted over the years since the guide was created.
20 years in the 19th century? I don’t see why 5 years now is all that impossible a feat. I wonder if they’ll go with more stone or metal instead of so much wood this time?
it should only take a few minutes

That man was a real pro!
5 years? Look how long it took to complete the National Cathedral and Grace Church after they decided to make a push to complete.
Stone Masons are not actually trained any more. Both Grace Church and the National Cathedral had a training program to develop what they needed and retrofitting is more difficult than building new.
What ever time it will take, it will be a work of love. Good Luck.
