Before joining Willis Towers Watson in 2012, Richardson was a senior vice president and managing director at Genworth Financial, leading the firm’s commercial and strategic development team.

Stephen Jones

As Richardson moves into her new role, she will be succeeded by Stephen Jones. Jones is moving from his current role as UK Head of P&C Pricing, Claims, Product and Underwriting – a position he has held since February 2001 – to become UK P&C leader for WTC’s Insurance Consulting and Technology business.

“I am excited to be taking on this new role at a time when the rate of change for the insurance industry is unlike anything we’ve seen before,” said Richardson. “This brings with it new challenges, but also many new opportunities – particularly in the space of artificial iIntelligence and automation.”
