    So this environmental watchdog has “a close relationship with” China’s environment ministry (translation – China’s Government). Even if they didn’t, they couldn’t possibly criticize the government for lax oversight, so they blame the clients for being enablers and using this supplier because it’s the cheapest. Something wrong with this picture?
