Hopefully Aon will listen to what the brokers at Willis have to say. Others have been selling against them for years, picking specifically at areas / operations that don’t make sense for the buyer.
I believe they’ve addressed the only cultural issue they’re concerned about. WTW leadership and Aon’s board have a shared vision. “Potential attrition among producers and clients, in combing two global organizations” is not what leadership is concerned about.
