Aon Hires Marsh’s O’Donnell as Client Director in PFI and Infrastructure Team

Insurance broker Aon plc announced that Karen O’Donnell has been appointed as a client director within its Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and Infrastructure team, a specialist practice that sits within Aon’s Construction division within the Global Broking Centre.

O’Donnell will report to Paul Tubb, executive director & PFI team leader and be based in Edinburgh. She takes up the role with immediate effect.

O’Donnell brings more than 30 years of insurance experience to the team, having held roles as both an underwriter and broker. She joins from Marsh Ltd. where she served most recently as a project risk consultant for the PPP/PFI market. Prior to this she held senior roles at Willis UK Ltd. and Bruce Stevenson Ltd. She began her career as an underwriting assistant for Royal Insurance UK Ltd. and Eagle Star Insurance Co Ltd.
