Goldman Sachs-Backed Aston Lark Acquires UK Broker Plester Group

Aston Lark, the London-based insurance broker backed by Goldman Sachs, announced the acquisition of Plester Group.

Established in 1964 and based in Kidderminster, England, with a dedicated team of 19, the Plester Group provides solutions for commercial, personal and specialist insurance clients.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
