    $100 million seems like a lot of money in increments of $1k – $10k for Kansas policy holders. There must be milllions of dealers in Kansas. Perhaps you mean that the refunds are going to policy holders nationwide??

    It would have been Nationwide refunds, not just in Kansas. The regulators probably found the issue in all areas.

    so it is not just the brokers who need watching but the direct writers too – maybe more so.

    This is no surprise. This organization have been bottom feeders in the Automobile market for years.
