Mich. Farm Bureau Renews Contract with CCC Information Services

Continuing its longstanding relationship, Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan has re-signed a multi-year agreement to have CCC Information Services Inc. to provide its key claims solutions. The Lansing, Mich.-based company is among the top 50 property and casualty insurers in the nation according to the Ward Group — a national monitor of the American insurance industry and has received an A.M. Best “Excellent” rating.

“The ability to maintain a relationship over an extended period of time is a byproduct of mutual respect for each other,” said Tony Whitson, director of Automobile Claims for Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan. “We look forward to maintaining our relationship with CCC today and into the future.”

CCC’s Senior Vice President of Major Insurance Accounts, Debbie Day, also emphasized the value of extending relationships, adding that: “The ability to continually meet market needs in a rapidly changing environment like the auto- physical damage industry is difficult. CCC looks forward to helping Farm Bureau of Michigan continue to meet its clients’ needs.”

With a focus on driving improvements into its workflow and cycle time processes, Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan is utilizing a suite of CCC solutions to meet the needs of its more than 250,000 automotive clients.
