Tougher Laws Credited with Drop in Teen Driving Deaths in Illinois

    The short term memory of politicians is mind boggling. With gas over 4/gallon in Illinois, I think that had more to do with saving lives as the kids couldn’t afford to drive.

    Typical politician. Create a law, call it a success. If the law fails appear tough on crime and make it tougher. Isn’t that what the current state of DUI laws are right now in America? A miserable failure?
