Sardar took control of our western sizzlin corporate ops and totally cut it to the bone and deeper. Within 3 years our corp support staff went from 22 positions to the current 2 1/2! We no longer have a company president, director of operations, purchasing dept, etc. I’ve never seen the company so weak and ready to fold. His M.O. is to cut expenses to unrealistic numbers and take the cash elsewhere. He’s a genius in the boardroom, but is not an operator.

Biglari has no intention of “undoing” anything.
He will replace the CEO with a better one and do a better job of investing the insurance reserves.
