I guess all the local government agencies are following our Federal governments antics. Control control control. If you don’t like something, you can stop it by asking your government friends to pass a law. Kind of like the Fed’s handing out of money to their friends the big banks, then turning around when the American People get mad at the big bonuses and try to enact a higher tax on certain bonuses. I’m not saying I’m for or against the takeover of this business, but this is how hostile takeovers happen.
