    Great call by the Supreme Court. Now if the victims of the Concordia can only get some justice.

    my first question is why were the beams magnetized? this does not make any sense in a residential home.

    Somebody bought the wrong batch of steel. That’s why nobody wants to insure tract home builders, you make one mistake like this and it affects 100 homeowners. I’m surprised there are only 2 homes in this case.

    If this were another region of the country the claimants would have aleged some type of magnetic power health problems, or emotional distress…

    Centex will not be holding the bag on this. All this liability will flow downhill to the subs, who have indemnification obligations in their subcontracts. Those carriers will be called on to pay for the claims
