Anyone can lose control while skiing or snowboarding! Accidents happen and people crash on the slopes all the time. If you are afraid of taking risks don’t strap on skis or a snowboard and stay away from the slopes entirely.

Duuuude. I was going to say that Angela probably should just, like, shut up or something.

But then I read she collided with a fellow rider and like WOW yeah she probably got run over or maybe even she, like, deserved it for being an old person on, like, skis.

    Turtally kul.

So who said old people can’t be on the slopes? Most have enough sense not to risk breaking something.

But the last time I was on the slopes, it was the snowboarders who were rude and dangerous. Mom should be sued when her little brat hurts someone!

As an avid skier, my experience has been that snowboarders have been much more difficult, rude and dangerous with their antics on the slopes. Many places are working to change that by either giving them their own space, marking slopes/lifts that are “skiers only” or gradually mixing the two. Also many locations, including my favorite, work to remind ALL of the safety rules and have “ambassadors” working the slopes to keep eyes on unruly boarders/skiers. All that said, from my experience, snowboarders are the problem.
