Here are some additional ways to consider surcharging Health care premiums.
Higher health premiums for people with seatbelt or jaywalking violations, bad driving records, own gas guzzlers or have a motorcycle license
Higher health premiums for people whose name appears on a recreational sports roster, go skydiving, rock climbing or hang gliding.
Higher health premiums for those judged to be too fat or too tall and those who order high fat or calorie content foods in restaurants or purchse them in grocery stores.

I thought we were headed towards affordable health care for all?
Am I the only one bothered by this quote in the article? “I understand this may seem intrusive to some, but really it is probably where we are headed as a country,” McKee said
