Over on the “Administration Says Obamacare to Lower Insurance Premiums More Than Forecast” article someone said IL isn’t creating an exchange. Or doesn’t have the exchange started. Something along those lines.
Too bad some of those funds cannot be used to replace Quinn or educate him on what is important in his own state — education, etc.
