    Is this really that big a deal? So a judgment is entered with interest and costs> Does it define costs? What costs are there for filing a motion? If costs included attorney fees it would be much more of an incentive to get a timely settlement draft out. The judgment is only for the already agreed upon settlement, plus costs. If anything, this be be construed to limit a judge’s ability to issue sanctions against those insurance companies which drag their feet on getting that check out
