Dayton, Ohio-based Norman-Spencer Agency Inc., a national insurance provider and program administrator, announced that Jason Norman has been promoted to underwriting manager for Norman-Spencer’s proprietary concrete pumping program, Pumpro.
Norman has spent several years in the department developing relationships with both key production sources and Norman-Spencer program carrier partners.
The Pumpro program provides all lines of coverage with one carrier through a tailored program that includes the coverage and endorsements necessary to meet the contractual needs of concrete pumping companies.
The program has consistently provided the stability of an A.M. Best “A” rated, admitted, national carrier. Pumpro has also been the only insurance program endorsed by the American Concrete Pumping Association (ACPA) for the last 25 years, according to the company.
