Wal Mart offers unobtainable settlements and drags the process out intentionally dumbass… I’n an ideal world, retailers couldn’t intentionally orchestrate a stampede to sell their crap and then claim to not be liable when someone gets trampled..A degree of saftey is expected in a retail establishment..
I believe that everyone assumed there were not enough tablets on hand for each and every customer to get at least one. Wal-Mart should not have to say so. Also, I would lay the blame for this individual’s injuries to greed — hers, the other customers and the retailer.
When retailers engineer a stampede, intentionally to bulk up their profits.. At the expense of the customers saftey, they should be liable for people getting injured… People expect a degree of saftey when they enter a retail establishment. If a store gets robbed I can’t sue the store if the robber injures me… But if the scene is staged, robber invited, and the company profits from creating a dangerous environment.. They should be liable… Lets be honest.. They invited everyone and orchestrated the stampede.. They are liable.. And Huh!, grow a pair and use your name to post or are you a lawyer for WalMart??
Spare me…..
Really??? 10 months later??? Sounds like a scam to me and in an ideal world, she’d be paying all court costs and attorney fees.
