1) By all accounts, Jesse Ventura was an amazing governor — improved their school systems, reformed the property tax, had the state’s first sales tax rebate, constructed the METRO Blue Line, and cut income taxes
2) I seem to remember a Hollywood star got elected to be the President of America one time. How did that work out? Pretty good, right? Maybe you shouldn’t poo-poo an elected official with a wrestling or acting past without knowing what they accomplished when they were in charge.
3) MN’s mini-tort system and the option to purchase unlimited medical benefits is horrible and I hope they change it to at least cap medical expenses at some level. The system is ripe for abuse
