I don’t understand this…..is a life insurer allowed to profit off of a state disaster like this by providing loans to the government/residents? Why in the hell isn’t the cost of this contained within the state budget and any federal disaster relief? WTF is going on in Flint????

I am a little suspicious on the name Union Labor Life offering these loans. Maybe they are trying to win favor from members of the local union.
