Maybe if there people couldn’t collect medical benefits for life, especially if they’re getting paid by committing fraud, there wouldn’t be such a high surcharge to have others pay to cover the costs.
Can anyone here explain how unlimited PIP (or MP) benefits in MI is a good thing? 49 of the other 50 states have capped coverage limits – why not MI?
