      Hopefully in prison. He knew the water was bad over a year before he previously said he knew. He knew it was bad before they started using it, and he lied saying they didn’t need to switch back to Detroit’s water because the problem was expected to go away, which wasn’t true. He also refused to go back to the Detroit water when they offered it to him at an even cheaper price. This guy should not be given the opportunity to step down, because he should be indicted and put in prison.

    Would appear that the preponderance of evidence is established, and that the State of Michigan needs to be paying to remedy the mess they created. Since Snyder @ Co. have repeatedly raved against big Federal government, why then is that gang seeking Federal assistance on this? Michigan should have the ability to acquire acturarial projection on the costs to clean up their mess, and levy the necessary State tax increases to pay the bill.
