I agree with you to a point, but the car wash owner is pretty stupid too for not hiring a company to salt the car wash during the winter months. It is the responsibility of the business owner to keep his business safe from ALL perils.. You should know that.
Martin – I think you’ve misunderstood. She’s filing a claim under an Auto policy. The owner(s) care of the premises wouldn’t have any bearing her claim with the auto company. Sounds like she’s trying to get all those no-fault benefits under the Michigan PIP laws.
