Who will be on this ” insurance fraud ” panel / committee ?? Insurance reps or those involved in the insurance industry ??? The reason rates are so high is because insurance companies are greedy.
We put in caps on health insurance negligence, made it so poor people and retirees can’t even have a day in court ……. did our rates ever go down ?? Of COURSE not.
California put in caps over a decade ago – did they see a drop in rates ? Of COURSE not.
Insurance is a racket – and we cater to them with legislation over n over n over in the name of & excuse that it will lower costs and premiums. It never does. All it ends up doing is making them millions upon millions more – at OUR expenses !!!! smh
