Michigan Car Insurance Fee Dropping by 55% Next Year

    Will be an extremely steep learning curve for the insureds, (who may or may not understand they have unlimited reasonable medical coverage now) and the agents will have to be trained in “CYA,” because insureds who choose the lower coverage then get hurt in an accident may want to place the blame for inadequate coverage someplace else.

      The agents just need to have the insured sign a piece of paper stating that they have chosen $X amount of coverage and higher limits are available, at an additional cost. I have to do that for motorcycle/ATV policies since my state doesn’t mandate medical coverage for those “toys”.
