    The abbreviated story omits facts which make this case even more bizarre. The murder occurred over 4 years before inception of the policy, and the policy term is not texted to be “claims made”. The Prosecuting Attorney who ignored all of the esculpatory evidence, was held totally harmless for his negligent pursuit of the case. Finally, the so called accomplice who was tried on the same facts is still in prison. Go figure!
