Aliera Healthcare, now called Trinity Healthcare, is a gigantic scam. Their number one purpose is to not to pay anything out. They are non responsive and very unprofessional. Avoid these criminals at all cost there is no ministry involved and certainly no Christian valves.
Does anyone know who I can contact to have my claims paid by Aliera/Trinity? I have the exact same problem described by others. I had no idea at the time my broker suggested this company, that it was not an insurance company. Printing that fact on their cards is simply code for “we have no need to follow health insurance law”. They have provided me with sundry reasons for their failure to pay my extensive medical claims. I’m in MN and haven’t had any more help than two letters sent to Aliera from my Attorney General’s Office. Thanks for any suggestions.
