There are many MANY good cops out there. I think they outnumber the bad cops. But this shows more training is needed. What was this guy thinking?

He went 142mph from across the city to join a chase for a license plate mismatch. Then once they had the car in a ditch, he thought she was going to ram him in reverse?

Her car was surrounded by cop cars and her tires were just spiked.

What was this guy thinking: from driving 142mph to join the call of a plate mismatch to shooting over one of the cop cars surrounding her car that had blown out tires because he thought he might somehow get rammed while she was in reverse?

There are not many MANY good cops out there, or they wouldn’t stand for this kind of behavior. If you have 1 bad cop and 9 good cops that turn a blind eye then guess what you have? 10 bad cops. It is a flawed system with a horrific history that needs to be razed to the ground and rebuilt, because what we currently have is not working.

I agree it’s a flawed system w/ a horrific history (and current history), but you know there are lots of places across the country where police do a great job, aren’t racist, work with the community, aren’t trigger happy, don’t have bad apples they need to contain, don’t turn off their body cameras when on duty, don’t shoot sleeping residents or mentally challenged people, etc.

How about “There are MANY good cops out there.”

        Is that better?
