I never received a penny and was not given no reason why I didn’t get my fair share. I invested a large sum of money and was in the law suit and was in until the end but didn’t get anything. My address and everything is the same

I never received notice of the original lawsuit and therefore did not participate. Later I found out about the suit but the deadline had passed. I still feel Prudential should have given me a paid up policy. I will be paying these premiums until the day I die. What recourse do we have.

anyone have any experience with the Abbreviator Mod 21 policy? the policy was to new at the time Pru made settlement. the policy holders did not know Pru was deeply cutting dividends keeping a policy called the abbreviator from abbreviating (no add’l premiums to pay)

J Floyd, I bought a mod 21 and was told you only had to pay on it 7/8 years and the dividends would take care of it after that. 35 years later, still paying the premium.
