This year’s State of the Line will also detail how the 2001 terrorist attacks affected the economics of the workers’ comp market.

Among speakers confirmed for this year’s AIS are:—Greg Serio, New York State Insurance Commissioner—Mike Pickens, Arkansas Insurance Commissioner; Vice President, National Association of Insurance Commissioners—CNN’s The Capital Gang featuring journalists Bob Novak, Margaret Carlson, Kate O’Beirne, and Al Hunt Featured AIS panel discussions will cover the investment outlook for the industry, the status of the reinsurance market, and the economic outlook for 2002.
