its about time we quit talking about this subject, and get something done… lets hold the house and senate in contempt, if they wait another year, to move in a meaningfull direction, to get the country some relief.

I agree with Mark, this has been talked about far to long. It is time to act!! With so many lawyers elected to the House & Senate, I have my doubts that this will come to pass. I know it will not if this country elects two lawyers to be President & Vice-President. Come on people we need to support Bush & Cheney!!!!

Maybe you guys should read the first four articles in today’s issue and tell me again there’s some problem with the tort law. The problem is failed governance where the people are left to sharks like Enron, Tyco, et. al. and it takes the regulator-of-last-resort, a trial lawyer, to straighten the whole mess out and see that average people get a fair shake. And, oh, vote Kerry/Edwards!

Gayle, you must be kidding!! Support Bush & Cheney based on what?! Obviously, their record does not lend itself to make people want to vote for them. Please think before you vote.
