I have been in the equipment lending business for almost 30 years and have never seen such lack of professionalism in any company before now.When you try and contact a representative of this company, THEY NEVER RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS!!!!!!! I guess now they feel it isn’t necessary since Uncle Sam has bailed them out! I would fire the whole group starting with Jim Bates 972.987.3709, as he is useless !!!!!!!!
