    At least Mr. Ryan has the right idea. If contingent income was illegal it’s up to the states to say. They never did. The industry’s in turmoil and it’s refreshing to see someone come out in defence.

    Did anyone see the Business Insurance article yesterday where Ryan came out and said the opposite of what he is saying here, that some of his staff may have acted improperly.

    Peter Behr of Signet Participations, Ltd. has been steering clients for his leasing insurance program for about 6 months now. Although his fees are paid by the client, he will not transact if the client does not use Aon. Hope the regulators see this.
