Grossly unfair to say the entire industry is troubled? Man I’ll tell you I am troubled and anyone who is not has not felt the impact of the falling corporate redwoods! The entire industry troubled? Yes The entire industry crooks?
    Naw, (not the entire industry)

DO YOU REALLY THINK THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE THAT STUPID. Enough is enough. Sorry, no cigar this time. Game is over. The insurance industry WILL NOW be accountable for their actions. PERIOD.

being in this industry,i firmly believe that the majority of the people working in it are really and truly commited to do what is right by the customer (the policyholder).as in any segment of society, there will always be the rotten apples that taint the rest of the basquet.unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to change that, but what we can do is continue working with as much integrity and honesty as we can to try to keep our names(as well as the names of our principals) clean and have people continue coming to us when searching to protect their possesions, lives, health, etc.
so is the entire industry troubled? no,i don’t believe so. are some segments of it troubled.sure.but not the entire industry.
