Another area that is neglected is the Non-English Speaking Market. Most plans require an english speaking interpreter to speak for a client.

It’s good to hear consumers are at least thinking about taking new steps to defend themselves against identity theft, and realizing ID theft CAN happen to them. With companies losing our data at an alarming rate (and in amazingly simple ways), people need to know what options they have besides credit monitoring and other post-event notification services. Identity theft insurance can and does bring relief from the financial nightmare of this crime. http://www.CoverMyID.com

Many reputable companies have been sued in our litigious society, Wal-Mart for instance. And they typically lose the case not because they broke the law but the juries believe “big corporations” should pay. Not all mlms are bad, real estate, car dealers, and most sales are based on some form of mlm payout. Insurance companies make money on recurring fees from their customers, is it wrong to make money on a monthly basis for services rendered?

Is this the same prepaid legal that has been sued in numerous states for misleading consumers, or the one that makes most of its money from MML sales rep fees and customer churn? I forget.

I was a victim of identity theft, and got real help quickly from a company called relydata (www.relydata.com) that acted quickly and professionaly. It was a lot better value than what is being described by PPL and Kroll. Let me guess, you are independant reps for that service.
