    100% of the cases that I personally know of are frivolous. We should adapt the British system, where the loser pays all court costs, including that of the defense lawyers’ fees.

    In a just society we’d have 48% of tort claimants paying loser lawyer fees

    Not at all! In 52% of the cases, the defense lawyers manage to confuse the jury enough so they manage to discount the evidence.

    Why would premiums go down, insurance companies still have the cost to defend these bogus suits.
