I wonder how many of our illustrious AG civil servants just happen to be shorting St Travelers stock?

I’m sure there was no truth to the rumor that several of them made a boatlaod on AIG a while back.

Spitzer will find out how impossible it will be to take on Insurance companies! They are financially stronger – smarter – and have more “clout” than he ever will. All he is doing is building a name for himself. Even Hillary had enough sense to back away from Medical Insurance “reform” when she realized just how complicated the Insurance World really is.

Perhaps the cops could “find” a bag of something white and illegal in his office

Most of you seem to be missing the whole point as to what is going on here. Some of you (Thelma) seem to be under the mistaken notion that the insurance world we live in is beyond investigation by an outsider for criminal acts. The focus seems to be on mean old Mr. Spitzer when in fact, it should be on the dirtbag criminals that are giving the honest people in the industry a black eye. I say round em up and do not allow them back into the industry. That goes for brokers and carriers alike.
