Waitress: The Statement of this Web Site is in general misleading.

Dissatisfied patients of can tap several resources for advice in disputing a rejected medical claim:

Waitress: [Yesterday’s Common Assumptions, Deliberate Contractual Baloney]

    If so,

Can you provide the name of yesterday’s resource: Industrial Medical Council
Can you provide the name of yesterday’s worker’s compensation insurance carrier:

    Waitress: Cal-Comp, aka California Compensation.

Please provide any other company names doing business under:

-1. Yesterday’s Health Maintenance Organization: Foundation Health Corporation.

+1. Today’s Health Maintenance Organization: Health Net Inc.

Waitress: BUT, Traveling today’s “How to Fight the Fight?” when the insurance carrier has tapped the “Keg’s”. As a dissatisfied patient the resources available have actually, “believe this or not”, separate advocates for your behalf, but Conjoined twins.

    Wonderful. Please proceed,

Waitress: 1996-Current. Well, the original HMO worker’s compensation carrier in Rancho Cordova, California had two main functions for the direction of my healthcare: (1) isolation; and (2) maintenance (not cure). It was financed through: (1) taxes (public hospitals); and (2) charity (private hospitals, often with inaccurate, dishonest and biased medical information).

Waitress: 1996- Current. Well, the conjoined HMO had the same two functions, but since the first healthcare HMO created a never-ending extensive fraud unit, the county hospital was their substitute provider for the indigent that are injured. The hospital was also a custodian for the mentally ill by the insurance carrier’s standards set by their medical records fraud units.

What was the original reason you sought resource help from within the Department of Industrial relations?

    Sure,

Waitress: April 1996, 17 page ML-104 medical report of consumer fraud.

Waitress: August 1997, additional 3 page supplemential with findings of supportive, continued consumer fraud.

So, in other words the results of an in-depth medical review professionally completed, and stagged to deny an injured worker the process that it’s suppose to be? (A) Triple (A) Discovery Inn of “accurate, honest and unbiased” professionalism?

The Pearl, over there at Oyster Point BLVD. San Francisco, CA. turned out to be an irresponsible resource of healthcare for the many injured workers, found all over this state of California.

    Right.

So, the Industrial Medical Council (IMC) is the medical unit within the State’s workers’ compensation system. The council [THAT] examines and appoints physicians to be qualified medical evaluators (QMEs). QMEs [THAT] perform the examinations of injured workers …

    Waitress: Right

Tomorrow’s story on a particular (QME) who engaged in this ****-STORM.

From picking 1. or 2. which best describes the insured’s record-keeping obligations related to your case?

    1. The insured (Cal-Comp) must do everything that would interfere with the injured worker’s right to recover from an injury or accident that has occurred.

    2. The insured must not do anything that would interfere with the injured worker’s right to recover from an injury or accident that has occurred.

Waitress: As, I understand it, definitely # 2.

Is your HMO stealing your worth?

Medical Records Access & Piracy: Robbery committed, assisted by the Industrial Medical Council and filled in by State Farm Insurance.

Question 1: Where is the law on accessing medical records and the privacy of medical
    information?

    SHORT ANSWER: Suave-Kapandji

Since medical records piracy is a crime against humanity, those practicing it may be tried in any competent court, regardless of nationality. (Malik M. Hasan M.D.)

Please don’t send anymore records, don’t cry Dr. Messy…however manufactured, the added offenses are committed broadly, thus all the records were not defined by a mill(ion) weights and measures.
Other formations by piracy allied professionals (HCA), (FHS), (HNT)…hold on to your clothes Haworth, Bradshaw, Stallknecht & Barber, Inc., found your belt.

Found out also, the U-Save with Good Samaritan Hospital applies by one in bill(ion) service of any power over the law.

Don’t you worry either Tenet Healthcare there is enough Rally Sport to go around, surprisingly, many of your records are not true shinning endeavors either.

As a California Worker’s Compensation Carrier do you know what the meaning of the sign [THAT] says “”Keep Off the Grass, Violaters Will Be Prosecuted”
Waitress: I got lots to think about that one, but here goes.

    1. The violaters are all ready inside?
    nope, try again

    2. Umm….can’t remember if it’s short for Parr or Park.
    nope, not short, try again

    3. uhhh….HWY 66
you gettin real close, keep going

    4. oh, now I know…I get to golf with a stick and with a guy named James.
    no, fraid not

    5. ok, how about a clue.
just one oz. and 9 lbs.

    6. Oh, now I see 3-30-96. Bay Area Credit Services, Airport Parkway in San Jose.

Waitress: You mean to tell me, because of a one-n-a-million chance you people had to screw me up the maximum with your penis farm factory?

Pennies for your thoughts, any act of doubtful legality now Health Net?
