    Ever since the hurricane we have gone retro. Originally we had no choice, but now that we have all the paper files back in order, believe it or not, our overall agency productivity has INCREASED.

    We are seriously considering NOT replacing all the computers we lost. No endless updating or training necessary. Plus we save the cost of the computers. We really look forward to this being one of our best years ever. And possibly our most profitable. The customers love it. I’m only going to pick up a small lap top for rating and accounting.

    If the stuff did what it was supposed to do as well as it is billed, then agents wouldn\’t need to be convinced by carriers, vendors, users groups,and agent associations to implement it. People are trying to \”automate\” what they don\’t understand, then when the product isn\’t bought they wonder why.
