The MAPP program is tailored to manufacturers of component parts for a finished
product, and for the repair and refurbishment of parts. The program also includes the distribution of products related to this industry such as equipment and supplies or related products necessary to the manufacture of metal products and the plastics industry. The MAPP program targets machine shops, plastic and rubber goods manufacturing, metal goods manufacturing and machinery and machinery parts manufacturing.

Both programs are offered in 48 states and include general liability, property, crime, inland marine, auto liability and umbrella coverages on a package basis.

The programs are written on Westport admitted paper.

Smith, Bell & Thompson distributes these programs through a network of appointed retail agents.
