While I applaud any agent who strives to better themselves, I think there is a conversation we are not having in this country.
Why is it acceptable to have a \”latin\” agents association, but no caucasian is allowed to make sweeping generalizations about latinos? Why is it okay to have a race based organization in a country striving for color-blindness? Is it okay for someone to start a European American Agents Association?
Why are these things never discussed in this country? I\’m well aware that I\’m going to be viewed as a racist, troll, or provocateur, but I just want to know why any double standard is okay.
