All of this is good news for the shareholders but doesn\’t do much for employees who lost their jobs in the wake of Marsh\’s bid rigging.

Marsh is a rotten company to work for, I will dance on thier grave when the end comes, which is soon, I hope. They screwed me out of bonus money that I earned, what a rotten, rotten place.

I wonder how the ***** Elliot Spitzer sees the announcement of profit by Marsh? He will probably look for other ways to extort those monies/profits from Marsh now that he is Governor. How dare insurance companies and brokers profit. Only government can rape, pillage and steal from it\’s citizens.

Have worked in this industry for 30 years.
Treatment of women, minorities is a complete joke. Worked for one shop where they threw out resumes of African American job applicants as soon as they left the interview. Worked for another shop where every other word was \”f.\”
Worked for another shop where I was informed \”it\’s a man\’s world, better get used to it.\” Worked at another shop where hateful, sexist racist jokes were all the rage. This industry needs to get a clue.

What a vicious circle. The top guns who knew all about the bid rigging have all landed on their feet. One even has the audacity to use Integrity in their name. Unfortunately those individuals sleep at night in their well to do estates while the little guys continue to be screwed and most still looking. How would you like to have worked 30 years for Marsh, get screwed and watch your boss who was the chief crook get along just fine. thanks Elliott.

So we can say that all agents engaged in bid rigging, price gouging and steering of business? Because a few greedy individuals at Marsh and AIG engaged in this type of behavior we insurance agents are guilty of this type of practice. Insurance companies are in business to make a profit for the services they provide. There are some of agents who are in the insurance business to provide a service in an ethical fashion, but the Spitzer types indict all agents for acting in a greedy fashion. I object to that thought process. Some of us are in this business for the long haul and follow the company requirements to a \”T\”. If some agents engaged in a greedy fashion and were caught – \”good\”! But that should not be an indictment on all others in this industry.
