There goes another one of those wonderful trial lawyers looking out for the little guy. I guess 1/3 of the loot wasn\’t enough for him – he wanted it all.

It\’s about time a judge stepped up to the plate. The scumbags that steal from the dying or deceased\’s families should not get plea bargains. The assets of these scumbags should be tracked down and used for restitution. Maybe a better solution would entail the recording and reporting of income and assets by attorneys in the cases having high potential for fraud. This would provide a built-in deterrent for the would be fraudsters. There should be an oversight committee on these contingency fee bottom feeders that appear to eagerly rape the rape victims. At least one judge had the conscience to take steps against one of them.
