    My experience agrees with this article. Most water plants, community pools, etc are also not equiped or even properly trained to recognize the hazard. The exposure is greater than most realize. Small or large accidential leaks are just as deadly. I have twice cheated death from this chemical and know the reality of what the article is saying.

    HazMat experts and firefighters petition Dow Chemical and Union Pacific for safe rain tank cars transporting gas chlorine. Secondary containment is a ncessary improvement that must be implemented. See–PETITION C KIT for First Responders Comments.
