Did I mention wingtip shoes make me hot?

Ohhh… as long as you are NOT a lawyer. And NO facial hair!

Which reminds me… those cavemen are really annoying and ugly and i would soooo not watch that show.

    I vote for the Duck.

No wonder I have joined millions who no longer watch network television. They are so void of ideas they have to use this one? This is as bad an idea as the real action Underdog or Howard the Duck movies. I believe anyone who watches this will see their IQ lowered substantially. I watch all kinds of tv, but the 3 major networks ran out of ideas years ago and I refuse to watch them.

Well; the same broadcast media that brought us F Troop and My Mother the Car has also given 4 decades of Star Trek, 24, and Seinfeld’s poofey shirt hangs in the Smithsonian. The concept is much less important than the depth of content and presentation.

How long before Geico consumers get upset about “all the money they are making off the series”? I know the two are not related in reality but consumers equate the cavemen with Geico and I would think it could cause some backlash for Geico.

I’m probably way off base but hey, it wouldn;t be the first time :)

Blondie, I wish I could do the dreadlocks. The hair is to short, how do you feel about conservative button downed collared Insurance Execs.

Have some fun Dread….Insurance is boring enough.

I think a show with the Aflac duck would probaly have a higer rating than the Cavemen. Everyone I’ve talked to hate the Horrible looking cavemen, so how could the show possibly be any better.
    Bring on the duck.

True that. At least the duck is cute.

Have you seen the commercials where Aflac’s competitor’s mascot is a goat?

    “Nah”

    LOL

    Good stuff.

A bit of trivia for you… The duck’s name is Cue.

Since we are talking about “low” I suggest a snake as an advertising character. It could be adapted to so many of today’s real life situatins. Just think of all the adjectives describing a snake an you will have a string of endless and mindless advertising opportunities.

What’s wrong with facial hair? Not everyone with a beard or mustache looks like a cave-man…. before I interviewed for my insurance company position 18 years ago, I had to check to see if it was acceptable in business. Fortunately for me it was no longer an issue with the home office. BTW, My wife thinks my “Don Johnson” short-cropped beard is sexy….

I will wait to see it, before commenting. Hopefully, it is a refreshing change from all the endless sitcoms with nothing but sexual innuendo ad nauseum. I may be showing my age, but give me more family entertainment – Gilligan’s Island, Beverly Hillbillies, etc – over most anything on network TV today.

It remains to be seen if there’s no sexual innuendos (love them) but I doubt that will be the case – good or bad. Personally, I wish people would use all of the parental controls availaable to them (I took the time to lock down the TV and tell my stepson why – sometimes the TV was unavailable and sometimes it would only show certain stations.) If parents are home, put the TV for the family in the family room and regulate it. Take TVs and computers out of children’s bedrooms. Meanwhile, let me watch adult TV with adult humor. That said, I’ve no idea if “Cavemen” will be it. Still, I like the idea of time travel/fish out of water humor.
